Using the service
You agree to use StoreTurnAI lawfully and to provide accurate account information.
Subscriptions and cancellation
You may start a subscription at any time and cancel at any time for any reason. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues through that date.
Non-refundable payments
All paid subscription charges are final and non-refundable, including when a subscription is canceled before the end of a billing period, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Free trial
New workspaces include a 14-day free trial. Billing details are collected up front and the subscription activates automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Your data
You keep responsibility for the data you upload and must have the right to use it.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted service or specific business results.
